Benjamin Thompson Kirk

Benjamin Thompson Kirk is a real estate agent and member of the NAR (National Association of Realtors). He was born on October 10th 1978 in the state of Ohio, where he continues to live.

Benjamin travels widely as part of his job, working regularly with clients across the US as well as in Canada and the UK. He enjoys the opportunities for travel that his role affords him, as it allows him to meet a wide variety of different people and visit vastly different properties.

Benjamin specializes in the buying aspect of the real estate business and has extensive knowledge of market trends and developments in the real estate markets of the UK, the US and Canada – which is greatly appreciated by his clients.

Supporting his clients throughout the entire buying process is fundamentally important to Benjamin, who sources properties and accompanies clients to viewings and other meetings as necessary. He cites the best part of his job as seeing clients walk into their new dream home for the first time, whether this is a bungalow by the sea in Dorset or a city high-rise apartment in Manhattan.

Benjamin has played golf from a young age and the player he most enjoys watching is Phil Mickelson. He is also a keen squash player and can often be found practicing the sport at his local club in Ohio.
